Expression of Interest (EOI) for

Construction of School Building at Ichhapur Village, Bhadrak District, Odisha

About AJSA India:

Our mission is to provide a conducive learning environment for children, enabling them to realize their full potential.

 

Introduction:

AJSA India is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a school building in Ichhapur Village, Bhadrak District, Odisha. The project entails the construction of a school building with specific requirements detailed below. We invite contractors with valid licenses, legal documents, and relevant work experience to submit their EOI for consideration.

 

Project Details:

Total Construction Area:- 2640 square feet

– Facilities: 4 classrooms, 2 toilet blocks (for boys and girls), 1 PWD toilet

– Additional Structure: 1 staircase room with a parapet wall of 4 feet height

– Wall Finish:Grit wash (both inner and outer)

– Duration of Work: 5-6 months

 

Contractor Requirements:

Interested contractors should meet the following criteria:

  1. Valid License: Contractors must possess a valid construction license issued by the relevant authority.

 

  1. Legal Documents: Submission of all necessary legal documents, including registration certificates, tax clearances, and any other required permits.

 

  1. Relevant Work Experience: Demonstrated experience in similar construction projects, especially in school building construction, will be highly regarded.

 

Submission Deadline:

Interested contractors are requested to submit their EOI along with quotations on or before 1st September 2023.

EOI Submission Requirements:

Contractors are requested to submit the following documents as part of their EOI:

  1. A cover letter expressing interest in the project.
  2. Detailed company profile, including previous project references.
  3. Valid construction license.
  4. Legal documents and clearances.
  5. Relevant work experience and project portfolio.
  6. Proposed project timeline.
  7. Detailed cost estimate and quotation.

 

Selection Process:

AJSA India will evaluate all submitted EOIs based on the criteria mentioned above. Shortlisted contractors may be invited for further discussions and site visits before the final selection.
