AJSA India invites sealed quotations from reputed and eligible contractors/firms for the construction of a school building at Kaliam Village, Chakulia Block, East Singhbhum District, Jharkhand.
Scope of Work::
The selected contractor/firm will be responsible for the execution of the construction work as per the design, quality, and technical specifications provided by AJSA. The scope includes construction of:
- Two (2) Classrooms
- One (1) Dining Hall
- One (1) Kitchen with Storage Room
- Two (2) Toilet Blocks (separate for boys, girls, and Persons with Disabilities)
Total Construction Area: 2,225 square feet.
All construction must meet prescribed standards of quality, durability, and safety.
- Valid registration certificate of the firm/contractor
- GST registration and PAN
- One (1) Kitchen with Storage Room
- Two (2) Toilet Blocks (separate for boys, girls, and Persons with Disabilities)

Eligibility Criteria
- Valid registration certificate of the firm/contractor

In response to the recent devastating floods in Balasore District, AJSA India is initiating emergency procurement of Shelter Kits and WASH Kits for immediate relief distribution to 1,000 flood-affected households.
Purpose of the RFQ:
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to solicit competitive quotations from experienced and qualified vendors for the supply, packaging, branding, and delivery of the following relief items.
- 1,000 Shelter Kits
- 1,000 WASH Kits
Detailed specifications and requirements are provided in Annexure 1 of this document.
Scope of Supply
The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for:
- Supplying all listed items as per technical specifications.
- Branding and labeling as per AJSA/donor requirements.
- Packaging and kit formation (item-wise).
- Transporting the kits to AJSA’s designated warehouse in Balasore
- Ensuring delivery within 15 calendar days from issuance of Purchase Order (PO)
Eligibility Criteria
Vendors must:
- Be a legally registered entity with PAN and GST.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in supplying humanitarian relief or similar items
- Demonstrate capacity to deliver quality products within stipulated timelines.
- Be willing to comply with AJSA Indias procurement and safeguarding policies.

- Signed and stamped quotation including unit and total price (inclusive of taxes and transportation).
- Company profile, including experience in similar work.
- Copy of Company Registration Certificate
- Copy of GST & PAN
- Copy of last IT Return / Financial Statement
- Any past Purchase Orders or Contracts for similar supply (if available)

- A signed declaration on compliance with AJSA’s policies on Child Protection, Sexual Harassment, Anti-corruption, Data Protection, and Environment (Annexure 2)

Introduction:AJSA India is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a school building in Ichhapur Village, Bhadrak District, Odisha.
