Alin Naik

President- AJSA

Alin Naik is a development professional with over 15 years of experience of working at the grassroot, national and international level. He has completed his post-graduation in social work and has been engaged intensively on disaster response and livelihood generation.

He has worked as a trainer and built the capacity of various NGOs and corporates on social development and effective results-based management during his work with Association For stimulating know how (ASK). During his over 7 years works with Caritas India Mr. Alin has actively worked with government of Odisha &north-eastern states as the state in-charge and played a very crucial role in GO-NGO coordination and advocated on several social policy level issues and concerns of CSOs at different level of Governments. He is well-versed with social auditing, procedures and compliances followed in the social sector and has also successfully developed business models for various livelihood groups. He has efficiently managed and monitored various programs while also building the capacity of his team. Alin’s aim is to tackle poverty through enablement and empowerment of not just communities but also other organizations that play a role in the and upliftment of the marginalized.
